Coming along to one of our events?? Here’s all the info you need for on the day:



To avoid overcrowding we split our events into sessions.

Your time session will be on your ticket! 10.30am-12pm, 1pm-2.30pm etc. Occasionally there are age restrictions based on the venue’s licensing, Again this will be clearly marked on the ticket sites at time of buying, on any marketing material and on your ticket.


The dogs are central to our event so we want to look after you and them as best we can. We make every effort we can to secure the venue and make it as dog friendly as possible but please keep an eye on your dog at all times as we cannot take responsibility of care for pets. We ask that all dogs are taken for a short walk prior to the event so any business they have to do is taken care of. If they have an accident please take responsibility for the mess – we will have supplies ready for this, bags/cleaning equipment, please just ask a Pop Up Pooches staff member. There will be water bowls dotted around for your dogs. If your dog is aggressive or ruining the enjoyment of other participants, we reserve the right to ask you to leave – but we haven’t had to yet! 

Please DO NOT bring your dog along if they are: In seasonaggressive towards other dogs or people, very nervous in crowds, not up to date with vaccinations or don’t like to be social. 

We welcome all dogs, but please use common sense, if your dog isn’t going to enjoy our event, then it may be best not to bring them along! 



When arriving at the event the Pop Up Pooches team will check you in outside the venue, we ask everyone to arrive 15 minutes before their time slot and form a queue outside the venue. Please bring a copy of your tickets either in paper form or on your phone.

Inside the event we like to have fun! There will always be competitions like best dressed for dogs to win great prizes in every time slot, people like to walk around and chat and everyone gets everywhere! Your reserved time session will be 90 mins long, There will be lots of activities to take part in including puppuccinos at the bar, ball pits/tunnels for the dogs to play in plus lots of props for photo opportunities and much more. If you’re running late or need to leave early please find a member of the Pop Up Pooches team and they will help you.

When leaving the event you will be asked to put dogs on leads before the end of your session, then you will be asked to vacate the venue. Usually we need to turn the room around in time for the next session’s guests to arrive.

If we’ve done anything you like prior to, on the day of or after the event please do feel free to leave us a good review on Facebook, it helps a lot. Also – if everyone had a good time we can come back and host another event soon!



Most of our venues are open, airy and light leading to a wonderful day of doggies running around and socialising. The majority of our venues are fully wheelchair accessible, offer drinks and food options and all will allow us to give out puppuccinos to the pooches. Please give us an email or a message on Facebook if you have specific needs in a venue. 


Photography – Say Cheese! We normally have a photographer and occasionally some local media along for the day. Please just ask the photographers if you would like a photo taken and they will be happy to oblige. We post all our photos/videos on our Facebook/Instagram pages shortly after the event and are free for you to use, you must like our Page to be able to Tag the photos. If you would not like your photo/video taken please let us know beforehand or when entering the venue. 

Please share and tag us in the photos you take on Facebook @PopUpPooches or Instagram @Popup_Pooches and we’ll be sure to share the best ones! 

Transport – Our events are usually held close to a train station, bus stop & car park/s, to ensure everyone that wants to attend, can attend. Please reach out to us per event via email if you need to know any parking/transport details. 

Emergency – Please use common sense or contact a member of the Pop Up Pooches team or the venue staff if there are any emergencies.


1. Refund Policy 

1.1 No refunds are available once an order has been placed. Should individual guests be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place or reselling of the tickets. Please notify us by email with the name and email address of the substitution/new guest. 

1.2 Time sessions are shown on your ticket. If you do not attend your allocated time session you may not be allowed entry into a different session if the venue is at capacity. No refunds are available for any ticket holder mistakes. 

1.3 No refunds will be given in respect of any ticket holder cancellation or non-attendance. 

1.4 We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate an event as a result of a reason outside of our control. 

2. Changes & Cancellations of an Event 

2.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of an event. We reserve the right to do this at any time. Where we postpone and/or alter the time and/or location of an event, we will provide you with notice of the same via email or posting into the corresponding Facebook Event. You will have up to 3 days following the announcement to ask for a refund due to the change. 

3. Liability 

3.1 Pop Up Pooches/Fusion Functions are not responsible for (including negligence) or otherwise, any damages, loss, costs, human or animal injury, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any event or ticket purchase (or requested purchase) made by you or otherwise in relation to the event at which you have booked (or requested a booking of). Nothing in this these Terms shall limit or exclude either party’s liability for: death, personal injury or pet injury caused by that party’s negligence, the negligence of that party’s employees, agents or subcontractors;fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. 

3.2 By attending an event ran by Pop Up Pooches/Fusion Functions you confirm that you are responsible for ensuring your dog is covered by appropriate pet insurance, and that Pop Up Pooches/Fusion Functions shall not be liable for any injury or loss to your dog or any third party, including but not limited to any injury to yourself or your dog, or damage to your property or that of others, resulting from your attendance at the event.
